The lowest point in Kansas is near Coffeyville, KS (700 feet above MSL). The East side of town, next to the river was flooded after the levee couldn’t hold any more water than was being received. The KSARNG was called in to assist in the security of the affected area. We have been here since the 4th pulling security. My role is OIC of a group of soldiers called up to assist in the efforts.
